Royapuram has its own unique character, and our machine business fits right into the local scene. Our building is a no-nonsense place where we focus on the hardware side of things. It’s not uncommon to find us with manuals open or tools scattered on a workbench. We deal with various machines that keep other businesses running. It’s the kind of work that requires a bit of patience and a lot of practical knowledge. We didn’t build this company with big investors or fancy marketing plans. It just grew out of a small interest in how things work and a desire to provide machines to the local market. The street can be a bit narrow, so getting large equipment in and out is always an adventure. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. We don’t put on any airs when customers come by. We just talk about the specs and what the machine is capable of doing. It’s a straightforward way to work.
