FITWELL LAND PROMOTERS LLP

Our office is located at 37/11 in Duraiarasa Kaveri Rangan Nagar. It’s a part of the Chennai City Corporation area. We go by the name Fitwell Land Promoters. We mostly deal with land and property matters around this side of Chennai. It is not a huge office, just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of land maps. The neighborhood is fairly busy, and we have been here for a while now. We spend a lot of our time visiting different plots and checking out the boundaries. It is more about walking the ground than sitting behind a screen. Chennai is always growing, so there’s a lot of interest in land. We don't have any scripted sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what we know about the different areas. Sometimes the paperwork takes a long time because of the local regulations, and we just have to be patient. It's just a few of us running the show here. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we meet. Dealing with land can be complicated, so we just take it one step at a time. It’s regular work that keeps us on our feet throughout the day. We are just a local business trying to make things work in a big city. That is about it really, just taking it day by day.
