Felicet Infra Private Limited operates out of a place in Ambathur. Our address is Number 12 on 28th Avenue in Banu Nagar. If you know Chennai at all, you know Ambathur has its own rhythm. It is a mix of houses and small businesses all packed in together. We are in the Thiruvallur district part of the city. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a front door that sticks a bit when it rains and a few desks where the magic happens, if you want to call it that. It is mostly just us drinking coffee and looking at site plans. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with magazines. Usually, if someone walks in, they just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We handle infrastructure work, which means a lot of time is spent outdoors or traveling between different parts of the city. Banu Nagar is a decent area to be based in because it is easy for our guys to get to. We have been at this for a while and haven't felt the need to move to a flashy downtown office. We like the local feel here. The neighbors are nice and there is a good small shop nearby for snacks. We just focus on the projects we have on hand and try to stay organized without making a big fuss about it. We are just regular people doing a job we know well.
