Featherlite Developers

You can find us at E-Merck House, which is on the 2nd street of Haddows Road in Nungambakkam. It is an old part of town with a lot of trees and narrow lanes that get really crowded during the lunch hour. We have been at this office for a good bit of time, and the staff here mostly knows the rhythm of the street. Featherlite Developers is just a small group of us trying to make sense of the real estate market in the city. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. Other days, we are out walking around different parts of Chennai looking at old buildings or empty lots. Nungambakkam is a good place to be because everything is close by, but finding parking for our visitors is always a bit of a headache. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything, just some desks and a lot of files piled up. Most of the people who work here have been in the business for years, so we have seen how the city has changed. It is a lot noisier now than it used to be. We just try to focus on the projects we have on our plate and make sure things move forward as they should. It is not always easy, but it is what we do. We like the quiet of the office when the evening starts to settle in.
