You can find FAZ PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED over on the 2nd Floor at Door No. 21/2. We are tucked away in Sundaram Lane, which is right in the Purasawalkam area. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze getting through the lane sometimes, especially on market days when everyone is out. Our office is just up the stairs. It’s a small space but it works fine for what we do. We mostly focus on promoting properties and getting things settled for our clients in the neighborhood. There are usually three or four of us around the office. We’ve got a small kettle for tea and a lot of folders stacked on the shelves. Purasawalkam is always loud and busy, so there’s a lot of energy around us. We like the location because everything we need is close by. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or high-end furniture. We just have what we need to get the documents sorted and the property deals closed. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit and chat until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of working. People from the neighborhood know us well and drop in without any appointment. We don’t mind that at all. It feels more like a community than a cold business office. We’ve been at Sundaram Lane for a long time and we know the shortcuts and the best food spots nearby. Just regular work for regular people.
