Fathima Steels

Our shop is located at Old No.55 on Linghi Chetty Street. It is an old part of the city, and we have been here for quite some time now. Dealing with steel is the main thing we do every day. It is heavy and dirty work, but it keeps us busy. The street outside can get very crowded with all kinds of vehicles and people moving around. We have a lot of metal pieces and rods stacked up in the back. Sometimes it is hard to find a specific item quickly, but we usually know where everything is. We don't have any fancy office or air conditioning. It is just a regular metal yard with some basic tools. People stop by when they need a piece of steel for their construction or some small repair job. We keep things very simple here. There is no big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and see what the day brings. The building itself has seen better days, but it is sturdy enough for what we need. We have watched the neighborhood change over the decades. Some of the old shops closed down, but we are still here doing the same thing. It is honest work and it feels right to be part of this community. If you are looking for us, just find the old number 55. We are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down.
