The address numbers can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers, but we’ve been here long enough that most people find us eventually. This place is all about the production of footwear. It’s a large space filled with the noise of heavy machinery and people working at various stations. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. From the moment the shift starts, it’s all about cutting leather, stitching, and assembly. The floor is usually covered in small bits of material and there’s a constant movement of carts. We have a lot of people working here, and it feels like a big community. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find polished floors or quiet corridors. It is loud, busy, and often quite hot. We focus on getting the daily targets met and making sure the quality is decent. The office part of the building is just as hectic as the factory floor, with phones ringing and people checking schedules. We are just a group of people making shoes on a very busy road in the middle of the city. We don't try to be anything else.
