Expat Projects & Developments Private Ltd. is located inside the Apeejay Business Centre. You can find us at Apeejay House, which is 39/12 on Haddows Road. It is a pretty well-known building in this part of town so most people do not have a hard time finding where we are. We have been working from this office for some time now and it suits what we do. There are plenty of other businesses in the same center which keeps things lively during the day. We mostly focus on development work and keeping track of various projects we have going on. It is not always quiet here especially when we are trying to coordinate with different teams. Haddows Road is a good location for us because it is central enough for meetings. We do not really go for the corporate look even though the address might sound a bit like it. We are just regular people trying to manage real estate projects effectively. Sometimes the coffee machine in the breakroom acts up but we manage. If you need to stop by it is best to check the building directory first. We are usually tied up with phone calls or paperwork most mornings. It is just a steady pace of work here and we try to keep our feet on the ground with every project we take on. It can get busy around the office but we always try to make time.
