We’ve been based out of Neelankarai for a bit now, specifically over on Karthiravan Salai. It’s a quiet enough spot near Injambakkam. Etinegadu Estate Private Limited is just us working from this office in Kanchipuram district. People usually find us when they are looking into land or property matters around this part of Tamil Nadu. It isn't a huge operation. We mostly deal with the day-to-day paperwork and site visits that come with managing estates. Some days are busy with phone calls, others we are just out on the road checking things. The weather here can be a lot, especially in the summer heat, but we manage. Most of our work happens right here in the local neighborhood. We know the streets well because we spend so much time moving between the office and different plots. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we keep our files and meet people when necessary. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get around, but that's just how it is in Chennai and the surrounding areas. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's convenient for the projects we handle. If you walk past No 3 A, you'll see our sign. It's a straightforward setup. We focus on getting the tasks done without making a big fuss about it. Just a local team doing what needs to be done for the estate business.
