We’ve got our spot at the Tnscb Complex, number 57, right on the Inner Ring Road in Anna Nagar West. Being right near the main road means it’s easy for the trucks to get in and out, which is good because we deal with pipes and they aren't exactly light to carry. The complex itself is quite busy, so there’s always people moving around and noise from the traffic. We don't have a showroom with fancy lighting or displays. It’s more of a warehouse feel where we keep the stock and handle the daily orders. Most of the day is spent loading things or checking the inventory lists to see what's left. It gets a bit dusty with all the concrete and metal around, but we manage. We aren't a big flashy company with a lot of talk. We just have the pipes people need for their construction or plumbing jobs around the city. The staff here has been around for a bit, so they know exactly where everything is kept in the back. Sometimes the traffic on the Inner Ring Road makes things slow for deliveries, but that’s just life in Anna Nagar. We try to be straightforward with folks about what we have in stock and what we don't. No use in pretending we have something we don’t. It’s a basic business and we’re happy to keep it that way.
