Essar

We are located at 2/1, Gaa, on 7th Street. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but that suits us just fine. Essar is basically just a small operation run by a few people who have been around for years. We spend our mornings going through the mail and catching up on whatever needs doing. The space is fairly small, so we have to be careful about where we put things or it becomes impossible to walk around. We have a few old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and the fans overhead make a bit of a clicking sound when they’re on high. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows where the spare pens are kept and who takes their tea with no sugar. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything like that. Most of the people we work with have known us for a long time. The street outside is usually quiet in the mornings but picks up by lunch. We often see the same people walking past every day. It’s a very local feel. We just focus on the daily tasks, whether it’s answering the phone or sorting out a delivery issue. There isn't any corporate polish here, just some people trying to do their jobs properly. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we might close up a little early if it’s a slow day. It’s just how we run things on 7th Street.
