We are located at No.4, Kamarajar Nagar 4th Street. It’s in the Sathya Garden area of Saligramam, Chennai. Our company is Epkp Infra Projects Private Limited. Saligramam is a busy neighborhood, and being tucked away in Sathya Garden gives us a bit of a break from the main road noise. The office is just a simple place where we manage our infrastructure projects. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and checking on the progress of our sites across the city. Epkp Infra Projects isn't some high-rise corporate office; it’s more of a ground-level operation where things actually get done. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, like most people in this line of work, but we prefer being out where the building is happening. The 4th Street can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but we've lived with it for years. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just a local crew that knows the ins and outs of Chennai’s construction scene. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we don't need a lot of fancy instructions. We just show up at Sathya Garden, grab our gear, and get to work. It’s a busy life, and the humidity in Saligramam doesn't make it any easier, but we keep at it day after day. It keeps us out of trouble.
