You can find us over at 5, Dr Radha Krishnan Road, on 4th Street in Mylapore. We are right behind where the old Yellow Pages building used to be. Mylapore is a busy place, and our street is no different. There is always a lot of noise from the bikes and the shops nearby. The office is in a building that has been around for decades. It has high ceilings and windows that let in a lot of dust from the road. We focus on homes, whether it is building them or helping people get them sorted out. We have a small storage room in the back filled with building materials and samples that we’ve collected over the years. Our desks are usually piled high with drawings and permits. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where every piece of paper is hidden. Most of our day is spent either on the phone with contractors or out at a site checking on progress. We don't have a receptionist, so if you walk in, you might have to wait a minute for someone to come out from the back. We make our own coffee in a small kitchen corner and share snacks that people bring from home. It is a very informal environment. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of making houses happen in this old part of the city.
