Emtici Engineering Limited

You can find us on the 3rd floor of the East Coast Centre. We are right on Mount Road in Teynampet, which is a busy part of town to be in. The traffic outside can be a real headache, especially during the morning rush, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a bunch of desks and some old filing cabinets filled with engineering drawings and paperwork. We’ve been at this address for quite a long time now. Emtici Engineering Limited started small and we’ve just stayed in this spot because everyone knows where to find us. P.B. No. 1497 is our old mailing address for the post. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through technical specs and talking to people on the phone. We don’t really go in for big decorations or flashy signs. It’s more about getting the technical details right. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the summer, but it keeps us cool enough to focus. Most of us have been here for a decade or more, so we’re like a small family. We go down to the local stalls for lunch often. Teynampet has plenty of good spots for that. It’s a decent place to work, and being centrally located makes it easier for folks to drop by when they have a project to discuss. We just do our engineering work and try to keep things moving without too much fuss.
