Our team is pretty small, mostly just local guys who have been doing construction work their whole lives. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. No point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We know the local building codes and the way things are done around here. Sometimes we run into problems with old plumbing or electrical stuff in the older houses, but we figure it out. It’s just how it goes when you’re working in an established area. We like the work.
