You can find us at Number 27 on the first floor of a building on Arcot Road. We are in Valasaravakkam, right across the street from the Nilgiris supermarket. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic noise from Arcot Road never really stops. Our office isn't very big or impressive. It’s just a room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of papers scattered about. We have a small team here handling the daily business tasks. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so it’s a bit of a climb. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy slogans. We just handle our work as it comes in. Most of the time we are busy on the phone or responding to emails. It’s a plain, simple office without any decorations. We know the other shop owners in the building and sometimes we grab a coffee together. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a small local outfit trying to make things work. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power fails, and we just have to wait it out. It’s just a part of running a business in this area. We don't make any big promises, we just do the work that needs doing. It’s a normal way to spend the day, and we are used to the rhythm of the place now.
