Elision Family Offices (Construction) is tucked away in Taisha Apartments over in D-Block. We are on the first floor in Flat 3. It's a bit of a different setup since we operate out of a residential-style space, but it works for us. We handle construction management and planning for various family-related projects and investments. It is mostly about making sure things get built without a lot of the usual headaches. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the table in the flat looking at progress reports. Since we are in the Chennai City Corporation area, there is always some project going on nearby. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. We are a smaller team that focuses on specific building needs. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to check on the contractors, and other times we are just here in the apartment dealing with the paperwork. It is a quiet way to run a construction business, but we prefer it that way. No big signs or flashy lights out front. We just focus on the projects we have and try to keep everything organized. The traffic around here in the 600092 area can be a mess, but we've lived in Chennai long enough to not let it bother us. It is just how we get things done.
