Electrotherm India Ltd

We operate out of 29, Century Flats on Rajaji Street. It is in the Radha Nagar section, over in the Chrompet area of Chennai. If you know Chrompet at all, you know it is a very lived-in and busy part of the city. Being located inside a flat means our office setup is actually pretty cozy and informal. Electrotherm India Ltd is not some giant industrial factory at this particular address; it is more of a home base for our local team. We have a few rooms set up with desks, filing cabinets, and our computer equipment. It gets a little bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We do not even have a big fancy sign outside, just the building address to guide people. Most of the people working here live nearby in Chennai, so we are part of the local fabric. We spend our days going through technical files and coordinating different projects. There is absolutely no corporate polish to be found here. We wear casual clothes to work and talk like normal people do. Sometimes the ceiling fans are clicking away and it gets quite warm, but that is just typical Chennai weather for you. We do not bother with fancy mission statements or any of that marketing talk. We just focus on the engineering and the technical side of the business. It is a practical way to run things. We like the neighborhood because it is convenient for everyone.
