We are based over in Kottivakkam, which is a part of Chennai that has grown a lot lately. Our office is at 3/500, Lakshmanaperumal Nagar. It’s pretty close to the ECR, so we get that coastal breeze sometimes, which is nice when it’s hot. The address can be a bit of a mouthful since it covers both Chennai and Kancheepuram areas depending on who you ask. We do housing projects, mainly focusing on residential stuff for people who want to be near the coast but still close enough to the city for work. It’s a lot of running around between different sites and the local offices to get things approved. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve seen how much the land around here has changed. It used to be much quieter, but now there are new houses popping up everywhere. We try to stay organized, but with so many things happening at once, there’s always something that needs fixing or a last-minute change to a plan. We don’t have a big fancy office with a receptionist and all that. It’s just a workspace where we get the real work done. Most of the time, we’re out in the sun looking at bricks and cement. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. We just want to build houses that stay standing and make sense for the families moving into them.
