We've been at the Veeraswamy Street spot for a while now. It's on the second floor, right across from Mothi Mahal Marriage Hall. People usually find us by looking for that landmark first. It’s a busy area in Egmore. We handle property stuff every day. Most of the time it’s just us dealing with paperwork and talking to folks who walk in. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done. We know the Chennai market okay because we've lived here for years. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare but that’s just how it is here. We try to keep things simple. No big promises or flashy ads. Just showing properties and helping people settle things. If you’re coming by, look for the stairs near the street entrance. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit lately. There are more shops now. We just focus on what's in front of us. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a massive team or a call center. It’s just us in the room. Usually, the fan is going and we’re looking through listings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at sites across the city. If you need a place or want to sell, we're here. We don't overcomplicate it. That's pretty much the whole story.
