DUSU CONSTRUCTION INDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation based out of Thodukadu Village. Our office is at NO.32/28 on Bajanai Koil Street in the Kadambathur Talk area. Since this is an OPC, it is mostly run by one person with a few local hands helping out when we have a project. It is much quieter out here than in the big cities like Chennai. We mainly do local construction work for people in the village and the surrounding rural areas. This involves building compound walls, small houses, or fixing up older structures that haven't been touched in years. The office is right in the heart of the village, and people often just walk in when they have a question or need something built. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy office setup. It is just a simple room with a table, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks where we track our expenses and timelines. Working in a village means we know everyone we work for, so we have to be honest about how long things take and what the materials will cost. We use a lot of local bricks and sand, and we deal with the weather as it comes. It is a humble way of working, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the community here in Kadambathur.
