Dra Aadithya City Projects Llp is based in Nandanam. We’re in the Khivraj Complex II, right on Anna Salai. Our office is on the first floor at No. 480. Anna Salai is always buzzing, so there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the buses and the metro construction all day long. The office is a decent size, and we have enough room for everyone to have their own space, though it gets a bit cluttered with all the project files and site photos we keep around. Working in Nandanam is convenient because it’s so central, but it means we spend a lot of time dealing with the city's pace. We start our mornings with a quick chat about what needs to happen for the day. It’s a lot of coordinating between different sites and making sure people are where they’re supposed to be. We have a big table in the middle where we spread out the plans. It’s usually covered in coffee stains and pen marks. We don't worry too much about looking perfect; we just want to make sure the work is right. Sometimes we stay late to finish up reports, and the building gets really quiet once the other offices close. It’s a weird contrast to the busy street outside. We’re just a bunch of regular people working hard to keep these city projects moving along.
