Dinvish Constructions Llp is located right in Chintadripet at No.1 Sunguvar Agraharam Street. It is an old part of Chennai, near Anna Road, so things are always cramped and busy. Our office is in a spot that has seen a lot of history. We do construction work, which means our boots are usually dirty and our phones are always ringing. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist who gives you coffee. Usually, you just walk in and see us hunched over a table looking at structural plans. Being in Chintadripet means we are close to the heart of the city, which helps when we need to get materials or meet people. The street can be narrow, and parking is always a nightmare, but we like the energy of the place. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small group that knows how to put buildings together. Some days are long, especially when a deadline is coming up or the weather doesn't cooperate. We just deal with the problems as they come. Construction is messy and complicated, so we don't try to pretend it’s anything else. We focus on the bricks, the cement, and the labor. It is a tough way to make a living, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep the office open late most nights just to keep up with the work.
