Dinesh Steel Traders

Dinesh Steel Traders is located on Venkatamaistry Street. Parrys is a place where you can barely move a bike, let alone a truck, but we manage somehow. We have been at number 58 for quite some time now. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit steep. Most days start early here because the heat gets bad by noon. We deal with various steel items. It is mostly structural stuff that builders need. You see a lot of people walking by with carts. The noise is constant. It is not a quiet office where you can sit and think. You are always talking to someone or checking a delivery note. Sometimes the tea man comes by twice, sometimes thrice. We just keep the gates open and wait for the next load to arrive. It is a lot of paperwork too, more than people think. The ledger stays on the desk, getting a bit of dust from the street outside. People come in asking for prices, and we look at the charts. Parrys is like that, everyone is looking for a deal. We don't have fancy chairs or AC that works all the time. It is just a place where steel moves from one hand to another. We stay until the shutters go down late in the evening. That is how it goes every single day here. It is just the way things are in this part of the city.
