DHARIKA BUILDCON LLP

We are based over at No.2, Ethiraj Salai in Egmore. Our office is right there near the Radisson Blu, which is a big landmark for people around here in Chennai. We go by Dharika Buildcon. Our main thing is construction and building work. It’s a lot of hands-on management and making sure things don't go wrong at the site. We don't have any interest in being a big polished corporation. We’re just a local outfit trying to do things the right way. Being in the city centre on C-In-C Road means we are close to everything, which is helpful for getting supplies or meeting people. We’ve been around for a bit and we know the ins and outs of the trade. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the paperwork and planning. It’s not very fancy, but it gets the job done. We think it’s better to just be honest about what we can do and then doing it. No need for any marketing fluff or empty promises. We just take our projects one at a time and focus on the details. It can be a lot of work and some long hours, but we don't mind that much. That’s just the nature of the building business in a place like Chennai. We are just regular people working hard every day to make sure things get built properly and stay that way.
