Our office is at No. C3 on Reddypalayam Road. We are situated in the Mogappair West Industrial Estate area. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the main residential streets because of all the industrial units around us in Mogappair West. Dhanam Housing Pvt. Ltd. has been based in this unit for a while. The road can get quite busy with trucks and delivery vans, especially during the day. We’re not in a shiny high-rise building; it’s more of a functional space that suits the work we do. Most of our days are spent dealing with land and housing documents. We have a few desks and a lot of files. It’s a bit noisy sometimes because of the nearby workshops, but we don’t mind it much. We know the people who work in the neighboring units. If you’re looking for us, you just have to follow Reddypalayam Road until you hit the industrial estate. It’s a solid, hardworking part of the city. We try to be straightforward with anyone who comes in. There aren't any big speeches or polished presentations here. We just sit down, look at the maps or the plans, and talk about what’s possible. It’s a very hands-on type of business, and being in the industrial estate keeps us grounded. We usually close up around evening when the street gets quieter.
