DEXTELL REALTY LLP is tucked away at No. 21, Kasturi Rangan Road in Alwarpet. It’s a nice, leafy part of the city, and we like being here. Realty is a strange business sometimes. One day everything is moving fast, and the next day it’s quiet and we’re just waiting for the phone to ring. We don’t have a big sales pitch. Usually, people come to us because they want to buy or sell something in this neighborhood or nearby. We know the streets around Alwarpet like the back of our hand. The office is small and we keep things simple. There’s a desk for the paperwork and a few chairs for when clients stop by to chat. We handle the documents, the registrations, and the endless back-and-forth that comes with property deals. It can be frustrating when things get delayed at the registrar’s office, but that’s part of the life. We try to be honest about what a place is worth and what the problems might be. It’s better that way in the long run. Most of us have been in this field for a while now. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation; we’re happy just managing the deals we have right here. If you’re walking down Kasturi Rangan Road, you might see us out on the porch taking a break. It’s a living, and it suits us fine.
