Our place is over in the Tiny Sector of Ekkattuthangal. It’s a tight space at No. 67, but it works for what we do. Being in an industrial estate means there’s always something going on next door. Devesh Enterprises started out small and we’ve stayed that way mostly. We like it because we can see everything that’s happening on the floor. There’s no big corporate office here. Just a desk in the corner and the equipment taking up most of the room. We spend our days handling the daily tasks and making sure things get out the door on time. Sometimes the power acts up or the rain makes things slow, but we manage. Most of the guys have been here for years. We know the local shops around us. It’s a friendly enough area if you don’t mind the noise of the machines. We focus on the practical side of things. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves usually. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Chennai, just a reliable one that does the job. You’ll find us there from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s just how we run things here. No fancy bells or whistles, just the daily grind in the Tiny Sector. We have a few old fans that keep the air moving, and the radio usually plays in the background. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours. We just keep track of things in a notebook and get the parts shipped.
