Devamayan Constructions Private Limited

Devamayan Constructions is over in Postal Colony, specifically on 1st Street off NK Road. We occupy the first floor of Plot No. 48. It’s a decent spot, though the stairs can be a bit narrow when we’re carrying boxes of files up. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day. We have a simple setup here with a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the construction process. One room is mostly for drawings, another for the accounts, and a small area where we can sit down and talk through project issues. It isn't a flashy place, but it serves us well. We’ve been working out of this office for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. Most of us arrive early before the sun gets too hot. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, so we try to keep the office side of things as organized as possible. There’s always someone coming in or out with news from a site. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re a small team that handles the planning, the hiring, and the site management. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure they stay up. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like seeing the progress at the end of every week.
