Our office is actually inside Rohini Flats in Thirumangalam, Annanagar West. It’s unit 237/1. It’s a bit unusual being in a residential complex, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet and we don't have the chaos of a main road. We handle project engineering from here. Most of the work involves planning and managing different construction or industrial sites. Since we are in a flat, it feels more like a home than an office sometimes. We have desks set up in the different rooms. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. Annanagar is a busy part of Chennai, so getting in and out can take time during rush hour. We’ve been at this address for several years now. We don't really have a big sign outside or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for the specific flat number. We spend most of the day on the phone or working on project files. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just a place where we get the job done. We like it this way because it’s simple and we can focus. There's always tea going in the kitchen and plenty of paper piles on the tables. It’s a real working environment, nothing polished about it. We just keep the projects moving along as best as we can every day.
