We are located in the T.V.K. Industrial Estate in Guindy. You can find us at RR Tower IV, specifically on the first floor in units Super A16 and A17. It’s a busy spot, being in Guindy, so there’s always something happening outside. DE SMET ENGINEERS & CONTRACTORS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is a team of people who actually know their way around a site. We aren't the type to sit in meetings all day talking about vision statements. We’d much rather be looking at a set of plans or checking on a contractor. The office is a bit crowded with all the files and rolls of paper we keep around. It’s not exactly a showroom, but it’s where the real work happens. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other people doing similar things. We like the energy of the place. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic and the machinery nearby, but you get used to it. We don't try to sound more sophisticated than we are. We just do the engineering and contracting work that needs to be done. If there’s a problem on a job, we just talk it through and find a way to fix it. We’ve been in this business long enough to know that things rarely go exactly as planned. We just stay flexible and keep moving forward until the work is finished.
