You can find us at Dd Homes over in Semmencherry. We are located on the second floor of a building on Yadhaval Street, right near Rajive Gandhi Salai, which most people just call OMR. The address is 1/21. It's a busy part of Chennai with all the IT parks and new buildings going up everywhere. We work on housing projects and try to keep things moving. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a break from the street noise, though OMR is never really quiet. We started this because we knew the area was growing fast. There are just a few of us in the office. It’s not a huge operation, but we stay busy. We handle the planning and the legal stuff from here. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Semmencherry is a nightmare, but that's just Chennai for you. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big sales team. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone or meeting people at the site. We’ve been around this part of town for a bit now. It’s interesting to see how many new homes are needed these days. We just do our part and try to stay on top of the schedule. It's hard work, but it keeps us going. We don't have a lot of corporate rules, just a focus on finishing the next build on our list.
