Customer Engineer

We've been at Plot No:107 in Vgp Pushpa Nagar for a while now. Most people here in Meavakkam know us as Customer Engineer. It's usually pretty busy, fixing things and taking calls. Some days are quieter than others, but we're always around. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot in Chennai. We've got our tools and a couple of desks set up. Sometimes people just walk in with questions about their machines. We try to help out as much as we can without making things complicated. It’s just how we do things here. The neighborhood is okay, a bit dusty sometimes but that’s just how it is. Being in Meavakkam means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We don't really have a big fancy sign or anything, just the address. If you're looking for 107, it's right there. We spend most of the day tinkering. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to tell people to wait, which isn't always fun. But we get it done eventually. We aren't a big corporation, just a small crew doing the work. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and the lights on. That's pretty much the story of Customer Engineer in a nutshell. We aren't flashy, we just do the job day in and day out right here in Chennai.
