Curoq Private Limited is located at No.23/10, Kamaraj Avenue, 1st Street in Kasturbanagar, Adyar. Chennai-600020 is a big place, but our little corner in Adyar feels a bit more like a neighborhood. The office is on the first street, and it’s a fairly quiet road compared to the main stretches of Chennai. We have been here for a while, and the building is starting to show its age a little, but it serves us well enough. We have some desks pushed together and a few shelves filled with books and folders that nobody has looked at in months. The light coming through the windows in the afternoon is actually quite nice, though it gets a bit hot. We have a small pantry area where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. It’s not a fancy corporate environment with dress codes or anything. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Most days are pretty routine, involving a lot of typing and occasionally meeting someone who drops by. We like being in Adyar because everything is close by, even if the parking on our street is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few people trying to make a go of it from this address in Tamil Nadu.
