Our shop is located at No.24, E.B. Colony, on the Main Road in Brindavan Nagar, Adambakkam. It’s a decent area, and being on the main road makes it easy for people to find us without getting lost in the backstreets. We’ve been focusing on water technology for a good many years. It’s not the most exciting work for some, but it’s important, and we take it seriously. The shop is usually full of spare filters, housing units, and boxes that we haven't had time to clear away yet. It’s a bit cluttered, but that’s because we’re always working on something. We are just a small group of guys who know how to handle these machines. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy uniforms. Usually, we just wear what’s comfortable for getting dirty under a sink or in a utility room. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we have to slow down, but we always get the job done eventually. Most of our customers are our neighbors or people from the surrounding colonies who heard about us from a friend. We don't use scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s wrong and what it’ll cost. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. If you’re in the Adambakkam area, you’ve probably seen our blue sign. We’re just here doing our job and trying to be useful to the people around us. It’s not a complicated life, but we like the work we do here.
