Crest Prime Limited

Our office for Crest Prime Limited is tucked away on Nungambakkam High Road, which is always a bit chaotic with the cars and buses constantly going by. We are over at number 113/34, which is an older building that most people in the area know. The space is shared in a way with Kara Property Ventures, and it feels like a lived-in office with a lot of history in the walls. You can hear the traffic outside from morning until night, but inside we just focus on the daily tasks. It is not the kind of place with a big reception desk or shiny floors, just some solid desks and chairs where we get the work done. The lights are a bit bright and the air conditioning usually hums in the background to fight the Chennai heat. People stop by to ask about plots or buildings, and we just give them the straight talk about what is available. It is a lot of back and forth with different people, and sometimes the days feel long when the paperwork gets heavy. We usually grab lunch from one of the small places nearby and then get back to it. It is just a regular group of people working in a busy part of the city, trying to keep things organized. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here, just the stuff we need to manage the property side of things. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like the pace of Nungambakkam.
