Credavenue Private Limited

We’re based in the Prestige Polygon building on Annasalai, which is one of those tall landmarks everyone knows in Nandanam. Being on the 12th floor gives us a pretty good vantage point of the city, even if we’re mostly staring at our computer screens all day. Credavenue Private Limited isn't a small shop, but we try to keep things simple in the office. Annasalai is always packed with cars and bikes, so the noise from the street doesn't really reach us up here, which is a relief. The building is at number 471, and it’s a fairly modern place to work. We deal with a lot of financial and credit-related stuff, so there’s always a bit of a buzz in the air with people talking about markets or data. It gets pretty cold in here because of the central air conditioning, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks even when it’s boiling outside in Chennai. We’ve got a mix of people from all over the city coming in to work every morning. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we still take our lunch breaks together when we can. The 12th floor feels like its own little world away from the dust of the road. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, and it’s become a bit of a second home for the team here.
