You can find us at No:3-A in the Continental Plaza building. It’s located at 705 Mount Road, which is always a very busy area with plenty of cars and people rushing around. Consolidated Metal Finishing has been operating out of this spot for a good number of years. The office isn't very large and the elevator in the plaza can be a bit slow on Monday mornings. We usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. Working on Mount Road means there is never any silence, but you get used to the city sounds after a week or two. Our workshop handles various metal finishing tasks and the air usually smells a bit like copper and polish. We don't have any shiny brochures or a fancy front desk. It’s mostly just desks piled with papers and the sound of the finishing equipment running in the back. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. Lunch is usually eaten at the small tables near the window overlooking the street. It’s a lot of hard work and the days can be long when the orders pile up. We just focus on getting through the stack of work and making sure the finishing is done right. It is a simple operation and we like it that way because it keeps things straightforward for everyone involved.
