Nerkundram is where we stay. Our place is on 15th Street in Sakthi Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads. We are Conquest Marvel Ventures, but mostly people just know us as the guys in the office at number 21. It’s not a huge setup. We have what we need to get the work done. Most of the day is spent looking at maps or talking to vendors. Sakthi Nagar has changed a lot over the last few years, more houses coming up and more cars on the narrow streets. We see the neighbors every day when we go out for lunch. There is a small shop nearby where we get our snacks. It’s a simple life, honestly. We aren't trying to be some huge international company. We just do our work right here in the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait or talk for a bit until it comes back. It makes the day go by. We handle various venture projects around this side of town. People come by to talk about land or whatever else we are working on. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. We’ve got a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep us cool enough. It’s just a normal office in a normal part of town. It's nothing fancy, just a desk and some chairs and a computer that takes a while to start up in the mornings.
