Our office is located in Chromepet, specifically in the New Colony area. We are on the 7th Main Road, right at the first lane. We’ve been working as builders in this part of Chennai for a good while. Chromepet has changed a lot, and we’ve seen a lot of new houses and apartments go up. We are a small team. We usually start our day around 8 AM, checking on the various sites we have going. It’s a lot of walking and talking to the masons and carpenters. We aren't much for fancy office furniture or air conditioning all day. We’d rather be out where the bricks are being laid. We handle residential and some small commercial projects. It’s honest work. Sometimes the supply of materials is a bit hit or miss, and we have to scramble to find what we need. That’s the reality of construction here. We don't use a lot of slick talk to get jobs. Usually, people just see what we’re doing and ask us to help with their own projects. We like keeping things on a personal level. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us looking over some maps or drinking tea while we wait for a delivery. We’ve stayed in Chromepet because we like the community here. It feels like home, and we like building for people we know.
