We are located at the Manasarovar Apartment over on Perumal Koil Street in Arumbakkam. It’s an older building, specifically unit F 4 on the 23/11 plot. Concord Instruments has been operating out of this space for some time now. Being in a residential apartment area means it's usually quiet around here, which helps when we're focused on the instrument side of things. It’s not a big glass office building like you see in the city center. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our desks and equipment. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the orders coming in. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked bikes, but that’s just how Arumbakkam is. We usually have a couple of people in the office handling the phones and the technical work. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get new stock in, but we make it work. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't spend much on flashy signs or decorations. We just focus on the task at hand. Getting to work involves navigating the small lanes near the temple. It’s a very local feel here. We’ve grown used to the routine of this neighborhood. The apartment setup works for us because it keeps overhead low and we are close to the main parts of town. We just do our work and go home.
