Concept Integrated Services

Concept Integrated Services is based in the old Alkarim Building on Royapettah High Road. We are on the second floor, right across from the Royapettah Police Station. It’s a busy area of Chennai, so there is always a lot of noise from the street below. Our work is pretty varied, mostly handling integrated services that other businesses or buildings might need. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are running the way they should. The office has that old-school feel of Royapettah, with high ceilings and a lot of papers. We don't have a glossy website or a team of sales people. It's just us answering the phone and dealing with whatever comes up that day. Some days we are out on sites, and other days we are stuck in the office doing the back-end stuff. It’s practical work for people who need things managed without a lot of fuss. We've been in this building for quite some time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The traffic outside is almost always a mess, but being near the police station makes it easy for people to find us. We don't go in for big corporate talk. We just tell you what we can do and how much it will cost. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we are reliable and won't give them a hard time over the small details.
