Our office is located at Bhaggyam Green Meadows over on Annamalai Avenue. Comet Construction Private Limited has been operating out of Kanchipuram for a while. Toraipakkam is where we spend a lot of our time. It’s a growing area, so there is always something going on with new buildings or renovations. We aren’t some big corporate machine. We are just people who know how to build things properly. We started small and stayed pretty grounded. Our address is at number 6, which is easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We take on various types of work, mostly centered around what the local people need. Construction is messy and loud, but we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. The crew knows the streets around here well. Sometimes we’re dealing with the heat, other times it’s the logistics of getting trucks into tight spots. It’s just the daily grind of the building trade in Tamil Nadu. We don't use flashy brochures. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we do. We show up, do the job, and move on to the next one. It’s practical work for practical people. Kanchipuram is a good place to be based, especially with all the activity lately. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and let the work speak for itself. We don't need a lot of praise, just a job well done.
