You can find us over in Anna Nagar East on 10th Street. It’s in M Block, and the address can be a bit confusing because of the old and new numbering. We are at New Number 14, which used to be Number 26. People sometimes get lost looking for it, but once you find the street, it is pretty straightforward. Color Homes Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this residential area for a good while. It feels more like a home than a stiff office because the building has that classic Anna Nagar style. We have some desks set up in the main room and a small area where we keep all the site plans and blueprints. The street is usually lined with cars, and it gets quite shaded because of the trees, which is nice in the summer. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between here and various project sites. The office is where we do the paperwork and meet with people who want to talk about building something new. It is not a huge team, so you usually see the same faces every time you walk in. We try to keep things organized, but with so many different projects going on, there is always a lot of paper moving around. It’s a busy neighborhood, but our little corner of M Block stays relatively calm most of the day.
