We have a spot in Spencer Plaza, right on Anna Salai in the middle of Chennai. Our office is at Door No. 172/GF/16B. Being in an iconic place like Spencer Plaza is interesting. It’s always full of people and has that old-school mall feel. We focus on construction projects. It’s a lot of coordination between different trades and making sure the supplies show up when they should. Working out of Anna Salai means we’re right in the heart of the action. It can be a nightmare to park sometimes, but that’s just part of being downtown. We don't have a big, shiny office. It's a working space where we keep our files and meet with people to talk about their builds. We’ve been doing this for a while. Every job has its own quirks. Sometimes you're dealing with old plumbing or weird structural issues, especially in this part of town. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the most famous builders in Tamil Nadu. We just want to do a good job and move on to the next one. It’s practical work for practical people. We spend a lot of time on site, so the office is really just a hub for the paperwork. We like the energy of the city and the way every day brings something new to deal with. It keeps life interesting, if a bit hectic. We just keep pluggin away at the work we have in front of us.
