Coastline Homes Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 1/51-1 Paulwells Road in Rajeshwari Colony, near St. Thomas Mount. Our office is a simple place where we manage the building and selling of homes. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when we’re getting everything ready for the day’s site visits. We’ve been in this part of town for a while, and the location on Paulwells Road works well for us. It’s easy enough for our contractors and clients to find. Inside, it’s mostly desks piled with files and rolls of drawings. We don’t really go for the high-end office look because we’d rather put that money into the projects we’re working on. Everyone here does a bit of everything, so you might find the same person answering the phone and checking on a construction detail. We aren't a big corporate entity with layers of management; we’re just a small group of people who know how to build houses. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we focus on the task at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things are happening at once, but we always manage to get through the list. We value being straightforward with anyone we deal with, and we think people appreciate that. Being based near St. Thomas Mount gives us a good connection to the local area, which we really enjoy. It’s just how we do things here.
