Coastal Overseas Trade Corp

Our office is at No. 21, Bashyakaralu Street in the Kondithope neighborhood. It is a narrow street and the building is nothing special to look at from the outside. We work in the world of overseas trade. That means we spend most of our time dealing with customs forms, shipping routes, and talking to people in different countries. It’s a lot of coordination and things can go wrong easily. A ship might be late or a container might get held up at the port. We have to stay calm and figure out the next step. Our office is pretty small and it’s usually piled high with folders and ledgers. We don’t have a fancy website or a corporate headquarters. We just have a couple of phone lines and some computers that we use to track shipments. Kondithope is a busy area with a lot of small trades going on. We fit right in. We aren't trying to be the biggest trade corporation in the world. We just want to do a good job for the people who trust us with their goods. Sometimes the work is boring and repetitive, like when we have to fill out dozens of similar forms. Other times it's quite fast-paced. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the news or the weather. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us here. We just do our best to keep things moving.
