Civitech Engineering Pvt Ltd

Our office for Civitech Engineering Pvt Ltd is located at 80, V.V. Kovil Street. It’s in Thiruvalleeswarar Nagar, which is part of the Anna Nagar West area. It’s a busy spot with a lot of houses and small shops around us. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up engineering drawings. It can get a bit cluttered when we have several projects going at once. People are always coming in and out, either heading to a construction site or coming back with mud on their shoes. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. The street outside can get pretty jammed with cars, so we usually tell people to park a bit further down. We spend our mornings drinking coffee and looking over technical specs or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not a very quiet place, but it’s where the work gets done. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to take a break until the generator kicks in. We just handle the engineering side of things and try to keep everything on track. It’s a regular office where we do our best to stay organized despite the chaos of the city around us.
