CHIDBHAVA CONSTRUCTIONS AND PROPERTIES L LP

Our office is tucked away in Kotturpuram, right by the water on River View Road. It’s actually a pretty nice spot at Number 2. We call it River Side for obvious reasons. Chidbhava is a small team. We focus on construction and also some property stuff here in the city. It’s mostly local projects that keep us busy. The area around Kotturpuram has changed a lot over the years, and we've seen it happen from our window. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons dealing with the paperwork that never seems to end. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about real estate. There’s a lot of dust and noise involved. We try to be fair with the people we work with. Building a home or managing a property takes a lot of coordination. Sometimes the trucks don't show up on time or the weather turns bad, but we just deal with it as best as we can. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We prefer it this way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. If someone calls the office, they usually get one of us directly, not some automated machine. We value that personal touch. Living and working near the river gives us a bit of a break from the city noise. It’s a decent place to run a business. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
