We are located over at Ac 31/15 in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Thrimudivakkam. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always some noise from the trucks moving in and out. Most of the guys here have been working with metal for a long time. We handle the heat treatment stuff. It’s not a clean job, you’ll see plenty of oil and grit around the shop floor. We usually start the day pretty early to beat the worst of the heat, though it stays hot inside because of the furnaces anyway. People bring us all sorts of metal parts that need hardening. We don't really have a big office or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us in our overalls near the machines. We’ve been at this spot for quite a bit now. Most of our neighbors are other small workshops doing similar industrial things. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just how it goes here. We don't do much advertising, mostly people just know we are here in Thrimudivakkam. It's hard work and your hands get dirty every single day. We just try to get the jobs finished on time so the customers can get their own machines running again. That’s pretty much what we do day in and day out.
